Paramount Ventures is the investment company of Berezin Group. It acquires and develops commercial real estate in the Pacific Northwest and delivers it through the group's own construction management, electrical, and HVAC companies.

Most developers hire out every trade and every decision. The group keeps the ones that decide whether a project pencils.
Self-performed trades
Electrical through Paramount Electric Co. and HVAC through Air Comfort Inc. — two of the highest-risk scopes on any project, performed and priced in-house.
Construction management in-house
Budgeting, permitting, scheduling, and delivery are run by Berezin Group, not a third party, so cost and schedule are controlled from the first sketch to keys.
Long-term ownership
Assets are built to be held and operated well, with the group's maintenance companies keeping them running the way they were delivered.

Paramount Ventures works with a small circle of partners, on a project-by-project basis, alongside the group's own capital. Opportunities are shared privately with existing relationships and qualified introductions. There is no public offering and no fund to subscribe to.
